广西黄氏壮医针灸学流派学术特色和传承感悟

Academic Characteristics and Inheritance of Acupuncture School in Guangxi Huang's Zhuang Medicine

壮医针灸是壮医特色实用治病技法,具有简、便、廉、验、捷的特色与优势,那丰富的内涵、悠久的历史、古朴的理论、独特的方法、显著的疗效,是我国传统医药的一朵奇葩,是祖国重要的医疗卫生资源,至今仍是壮族地区群众赖以防病治病的有效手段和重要方法,在壮族地区广为应用,影响较大。本文着重介绍广西黄氏壮医针灸学流派的历史源流、传承脉络,深入探讨流派的学术特色,归纳出流派具有强调毒虚二因、主张道路传导、创立气血理论、重视调气通路、善用特定穴位、推崇无痛针灸、针灸罐法联用等学术特色。文中还从传承医道、传承医术、传承医德、勤于临证等方面交流流派传承的经验和体会,提出传承新思路,为中医流派的传承和发展积累经验并提供借鉴。

Acupuncture in Zhuang medicine is the practical therapeutic technique,characterized as being simple,convenient,effective and economic. The rich connotation,long history,ancient and plain theory, unique method and significant efficacy are the advantages of traditional medicine and the importance in medi-cal resource. Till now,Acupuncture in Zhuang medicine is still the effective means and significant method in the prevention and treatment in the region of Zhuang nationality. In the paper,the historic origin and inheri-ting clue of Huang＇s acupuncture school of Zhuang medicine in Guangxi were introduced. The academic fea-ture was deeply discussed,including the importance of toxin and deficiency as the causative factors,the signif-icance of smooth conduction,establishment of qi and blood theory,the emphasis of qi regulation,the prefer-ence for specific acupoint,painless acupuncture,the combination of acupuncture and cupping,etc. The experi-ences had been exchanged in the inheritance of medical theory,medical skill and medical ethics,as well as clinical practice so as to provide the references of the inheritance approach and development of different schools in TCM.
