滋阴潜阳、宁神益智法治疗风阳上扰型智力低下30例疗效观察

Method of Nourishing Yin and Suppressing Yang,Calming Mind and Benefiting Intelligence in Treating 30 Cases of Wind Interference Type of Mental Retardation

目的观察运用滋阴潜阳、宁神益智法治疗风阳上扰型智力低下患儿的临床疗效。方法采用随机单盲对照,将诊断为智力低下(中医证型-风阳上扰)的患儿按就诊顺序随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予滋阴潜阳、宁神益智法,对照组给予口服复方吡拉西坦脑蛋白水解物片,两组均配合特殊教育。治疗前后采用中国—韦氏幼儿、儿童智力量表(WISC-Ⅲ)对两组患儿的核心症状——智力水平进行专业的盲态评估,并进行疗效比较。结果治疗组临床总体疗效优于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后WISC-Ⅲ评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋阴潜阳、宁神益智法治疗风阳上扰型智力低下的临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nourishing yin and suppressing yang,cal-ming mind and benefiting intelligence in treating wind interference type of mental retardation. Methods The study used the random single blind comparison. Children diagnosed with mental retardation（TCM syndrome types - wind Yang interference）were randomly divided into treatment group（n = 30）and control group（n =30）. Patients in the treatment group were given nourishing yin and suppressing yang,calming mind and bene-fiting intelligence therapy combined with acupoint paste and acupuncture. Patients in the control group were given oral compound pyrazole raschig temple brain protein hydrolysate. Both groups proceeded special educa-tion. Before and after treatment the core symptoms of the disease———intelligence professional blind state as-sessment were conducted,and therapeutic effects were compared. Results The overall curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there was statistically significant difference（P ﹤0. 05）. Conclusion The method of nourishing yin and suppressing yang,calming mind and benefiting intel-ligence to treat wind disturbance type of mental retardation has definite clinical curative effect and is worth generalization.
