灯盏细辛注射液对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃电及食管动力的影响观察

Impacts of Dengzhai Xixin Injection on EGG and Esophageal Dynamics in the Patients of Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的观察研究灯盏细辛注射液对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃电及食管动力的影响。方法选取2011年7月-2013年10月收治的70例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机的方式分为对照组(常规糖尿病胃轻瘫治疗)35例和治疗组(常规治疗加灯盏细辛注射液治疗)35例,将两组患者的治疗前与治疗后1周、2周的胃电参数及食管动力学指标进行检测与比较。结果治疗组治疗后1周及2周的胃电参数及食管动力学指标均明显优于对照组,且观察组治疗后2周的检测结果均明显优于治疗前和治疗后1周的检测结果,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏细辛注射液对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃电及食管动力的治疗效果明显,可有效改善患者的胃部及食管功能状态。

Objective To observe the impacts of dengzhai xixin injection on EGG and esophageal dynamics in the patients of diabetic gastroparesis（DGP）. Methods Seventy patients of DGP were selected as the subjects from July 2011 to October 2013 and randomized into a control group（conventional treatment for DGP,35 cases）and a treatment（ conventional treatment plus dengzhan xixin injection,35 cases）. The EGG parameters and the indexes of esophageal dynamics were determined before treatment and in 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment and were compared between the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the EGG parameters and the indexes of esophageal dynamics in 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment were apparently better than those in the control group. In the treatment group,the results in 2 weeks of treatment were superior to those before treatment and in 1 week of treatment. The difference was significant in comparison of the two groups（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Dengzhai xixin injection achieves the obvious effect on EEG and esophageal dynamics in the patients of DGP and effectively improves the gastric and esophageal functions.
