扶阳合小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupotomologic Therapy combined with Supporting Yang therapy in Treating Piriformis Syndrome

目的观察扶阳中药结合小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法采取完全随机抽样法将92例观察病例分为扶阳中药结合小针刀治疗组(综合治疗组)和小针刀组。综合治疗组52例采用中药结合小针刀治疗,小针刀组40例单纯采用小针刀治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果综合治疗组患者临床治愈率为82.69%,总有效率为100%,小针刀组为57.50%与85.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶阳中药结合小针刀治疗梨状肌综合征疗效显著,临床总疗效优于单纯小针刀治疗,且不同程度提高了患者正气,阳气,增强了患者的体质和抗病能力。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupotomologic therapy combined with supporting yang therapy in treating piriformis syndrome. Methods Ninety two patients were randomized to comprehensive treatment group（n = 52）and acupotomologic therapy group（n = 40）. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The curative effect of comprehensive treatment group was 82. 69% ,and the total effect was 100% . The curative effect of acupotomologic therapy group was 57. 5% ,and the total effect was 85% . The difference was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Acupotomologic therapy combined with supporting yang therapy in treating piriformis syndrome has definite effect,and the total effec-tive rate is better that sole acupotomologic therapy,and to some extent strengthens the right qi and yang qi of patients as well as constitution.
