中西医互补认识和治疗高血压病

Complementarity of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Comprehending and Treating Hypertension

高血压病是重要的慢性疾病。中医学和现代医学在认识和治疗高血压病上具有一定的共通性和互补性。其中痰湿证与代谢异常、瘀血证与血管重构、肝肾阴虚证与靶器官损伤、肝火亢盛证与交感神经异常兴奋等能提供一些角度来认识高血压病。痰湿与高血压患者肥胖、超重及代谢疾病密切相关,瘀血证则可能与高血压患者动脉硬化、血黏度异常等相关,从肝肾论治肝肾阴虚证可能更好的保护靶器官,肝阳上亢证与交感系统功能亢进颇为相似。在治疗上,中西医具有共容性,如钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)类药物与活血化瘀药、β受体阻滞剂与安神清热药、西药利尿剂与中药的利尿药物等,均有一定的相似相容性,并且中药可以干预西药副作用,以及中医药的药物外干预均可提高临床疗效,这些都表明中西医治疗高血压病可以互补。

Hypertension is a severe chronic disease. Intercommunity and complementarity exist in the cognition and treatment of hypertension between Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）and Modern Medi-cine. The correlation between pattern of phlegm and dampness and metabolic disorder,blood stasis syndrome and vascular remodeling,syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and target organ damage,syndrome of liver - fire flaming - up and sympathetic nervous overreaction are offering some opinions to learn the disease. Phlegm - damp is relevant with obesity,overweight and metabolic disorder,and blood stasis syndrome is thought to be related to arteriosclerosis and abnormal blood viscosity. Treating syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney from liver and kidney would benefit target organs. Intercommunity also exists in the treatment of hypertension,such as the similar function between CCB and activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs,β receptor blockers and heat - clearing and mind - easing Chinese medicine. TCM could al-so intervene the side effect of Western medicine. All of these demonstrate the complementarity in the hyper-tension treatment between TCM and Western Medicine.
