对中医专业实施本科生导师制的思考

高校实施本科生导师制已经成为教学体制改革的一种新趋势,在中医院校中实行本科生导师制正是院校教育与师承教育的契合点,它既保留了院校教育的优点,又打破了中医教育培养同一规格、同一尺度人才的现状,符合中医人才培养的规律。实施本科生导师制可以加强学生思想教育、构建合理的知识结构、培养和提高学生的科研能力、加强临床实践,同时导师也可以从中得到锻炼,能力会进一步提高,从而教学相长,这对于中医人才培养有重要意义和作用。但是我国的本科生导师制起步晚,机制还不完善,在实施过程中还存在一些问题,必须采取相应的措施,才能使本科生导师制取得实效,比如注重导师遴选、贯彻双向选择的原则、完善制度和管理体制、指导应切合实际且方式应灵活多样。

The tutorial system for undergraduates in colleges and universities has become the new trend in the reform of educational system. The implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates in TCM colleges and universities is the integration of college/ university education and master - disciple succession. It not only remains the advantages of college/ university education,but also breaks the current limitations of TCM education. It complies with the rule of TCM personnel training. The tutorial system for undergraduates enhances students＇ideological education,builds a reasonable knowledge structure,trains and improves the sci-entific ability and clinical practice. Additionally,the tutors＇ capacity can be further strengthened mutually. It is very significant in training TCM personnel. In china,this tutorial system starts late and the mechanism is still not complete,there are still some questions encountered during the implementation. It is necessary to ta-kethe corresponding measures to mak the undergraduate turiorial system effective,such as focusing on the se-lection of tutors,carrying on dual - directional selection,perfecting administration system;integrating guidance with practice,adopting flexible methods,etc.
