自媒体时代高校网络舆情呈现出新的特点和发展趋势,如何在新时代条件下科学而有效地应对高校网络舆情危机,是摆在我们面前亟需解决的重大问题。自媒体时代高校网络舆情危机具有虚拟性、主观性、情绪性、集聚性、发散性和变异性等特性,其生成根源主要是大学生权益的受损、社会结构紧张的深刻影响及高校网络舆情危机管控的不到位。我们应从大学生合法权益保障、网络舆论引导、网络舆情危机管理等三个方面加强机制建设。

Network public opinions in universities in the We-Media era show new characteristics and trends of development. Therefore, how to cope with the crisis scientifically and effectively in the new era becomes a major problem demanding prompts solution. Network public opinion crisis in uni- versities in the We-Media era is virtual, subjective, empathic, agglomerative, divergent and variable. And its origin mainly comes from damage of the rights and interests of undergraduates, tension in the social structure and the profound impact of inadequate management of network public opinion crisis. Mechanism construction should be strengthened in 3 main aspects： protection of the legitimate rights and interest of undergraduates, network public opinion guidance and crisis management of networkpublic opinion.
