摘要
目的探讨阿加曲班注射液治疗脑梗死患者的效果。方法选择我院收治的脑梗死患者120例,分治疗组与对照组,各60例,对照组采用常规疗发,治疗组在此基础上加用阿加曲班注射液治疗,比较两组治疗效率。结果治疗后,治疗组的有效率经过对比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿加曲班注射液辅助治疗脑梗死患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者生活状况。
Objective To investigate the effect of Argatroban Injection for the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group with conventional therapy and treatment group on the basis of control group therapy combined with argatroban injection, the effectiveness was compared. Results The effectiveness of treatment group was obviously higher than control（P〈0.05）. Barthel index score of the treatment group was significantly higher than control（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worth popularization and application that argatroban injection auxiliary treatment of patients with cerebral infarction curative effect and it can effectively improve the patient＇s life.
