西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素在初发重症2型糖尿病胰岛素泵强化治疗后的应用效果被引量：2

摘要目的探讨西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗初发重症糖尿病的效果。方法将2011年5月至2013年8月于本院住院实行胰岛素泵强化治疗的62例初发重症2型糖尿病分为两组(西格列汀联合长效胰岛素组和阿卡波糖联合长效胰岛素组),西格列汀组34例,阿卡波糖组28例。结果西格列汀组的血糖控制达标时间较阿卡波糖组缩短,西格列汀组的长效胰岛素的最终剂量相比阿卡波糖组减少,两组相差有显著意义(P<0.05)。两组消化道不良反应的发生率有显著差异(P<0.05),两组低血糖和上感样不适反应的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论西格列汀联合甘精胰岛素治疗初发重症2型糖尿病有显著优势。
