《证类本草》征引北宋邢昺《尔雅疏》考

Study on Classified materia medica Quoting from Er' ya Subcommentary by Xing Bing in Northern Song Dynasty

北宋本草学巨著《证类本草》,大量征引北宋训诂学巨著《尔雅疏》中的相关文献以助本草名物训诂,这一现象值得深入研究。在宋代之前,本草文献绝少引用训诂文献,呈现出本草学与训诂学隔绝的形态。宋代皇帝重视医药,儒臣受命编修本草文献,遂开始重视引用传统训诂学的成果以助益药物辨名;同时《尔雅疏》也大量引用传统本草文献以助训诂,体现了宋代本草学与宋代训诂学良性的互动关系。

Classified materia medica, a masterpiece on herbs in Northern Song Dynasty, quotes abun- dantly from Er＇ya Subcommentary to explain in detail of plants and herbs, which draws attention from researchers. Prior to the Song Dynasty, literatures on herbs seldom refer to critical interpretation of ancient texts - the two were much isolated. Emperors in the Song Dynasty valued the importance of medicine and hired of- ficers to compile literatures on herbs, and they started quoting from critical interpretation of ancient books. Er＇ ya Subcommentary also quoted from traditional literatures on materia medica, representing active interaction of herbalism and critical interpretation of ancient literatures.
