2010-2013年我院围产医学科门诊中成药用药分析

Analysis of the Clinical Application of Chinese Patent Medicine in the Perinatology Department from 2010 to 2013

目的分析2010年-2013年围产医学科门诊中成药使用情况,为合理使用中成药提供安全有效经济的科学依据。方法利用医院信息管理系统,对2010年-2013年围产医学科门诊使用中成药的数量与金额进行统计,并计算用药频度(DDDs)、限定日剂量(DDC)和药品消耗金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)比值,由此分析使用情况。结果围产医学科中成药的使用规范合理。结论使用的药物具有良好的药物治疗学和药物经济学属性,无不宜孕妇使用的药品,用药合理。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of Chinese patent medicine in the perinatology department from 2010 to 2013 so as to provide the safe, effective, economic and scientific evidence. Methods The hospital information management system was used for the statistical analysis on the quantity and amount of Chinese patent medicines used in the clinic of the perinatology department from 2010 to 2013. DDDs, DDC and B/A values were calculated. Results The application of Chinese patent medicine in the perinatology department was standardized and rational. Conclusion The medicines used have favorable properties in pharmacotherapeutics and pharmacoeconomics ,without contraindications to the pregnant women. The drug use is rational.
