2013年-2014年某院住院病例死因分析

Analysis on the Cause of Death for Inpatients from 2013 to 2014

目的了解住院病人死亡病因及疾病影响因素,为疾病预防保健救治提供科学依据。方法根据ICD-10根本死亡原因编码分析某院住院死亡病例资料。结果死亡病例485例,住院病死率1.25%;男性明显多于女性(男∶女为1.82∶1);60岁以上年龄组最多(77.3%);恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统慢性疾病居死亡原因前3位。结论普及民众健康教育,加强疾病预防保健,积极防治慢性病,提高医疗技术水平,可以降低病死率。

Objective To understand the factor and cause of death for in - patients, and to provide a scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment. Methods Analyzing death materials of a hospital during the period of 2013 - 2014 ,which was classified according to icd - 10. Results The total mortality is 1. 25% ,where male inpatients were more than the female（ 1.82：1 ）. The death rate in the group over 60 years is greaterst. The top 3 causes of deaths was cancer, circulatory system diseases and respiratory chronic diseases. Conclusion It is of significant value to educate people of the knowledge of preventive health care, strengthen the prevention of chronic diseases, and raise the level of medical technology to reduce mortality.
