摘要 《山家清供》成书于南宋,作者为林洪。该书分上下两卷,共撰饮膳食谱104篇,以素食为主。这104篇宋代经典素食,不仅指与"荤"相对的饮食,而更是一种包含养生学思想的清雅膳食。全书食谱大多以诗词形式著述,书中推崇清淡饮食,并提倡清心寡欲,摒弃世俗杂念,作者看重祖辈梅妻鹤子的仙风道骨,也将这种思想融入他的食谱中,并多次引述《神农本草经》等论述,体现了较高的中医养生价值。 Shan Jia Qing Gong was finished in the Southern Song Dynasty and written by Lin Hong. This booK includes two volumes with 104 papers on dietary recipes,especially on vegetarian diet. One hun-dred and four vegetarian dietary recipes imply the subject of health preservation rather than being against the meat or fish food. Most dietary recipes in the booK were introduced as poetry,stressing on light diet,removing worries and controlling the desire within the capacity. The author emphasized sage - liKe life style and had in-tegrated this thought into the recipes. The statements of Shennong's Herbal had been quoted many times, which embodies the high value of TCM healthcare.
