李维芬用黄芪建中汤治疗妇科疾病经验

Li Wei- fen's Experiences in the Treatment of Gynecological Disease with Huangqi Jianzhong Tang

黄芪建中汤是医家张仲景治疗虚劳证的著名方剂之一,李维芬老师根认为"女子以血为养""多气多血",而脾胃为后天之本,营卫气血生化之源,因此若中焦虚寒,纳运无力,生化不足,则阴阳气血俱虚,累及多个脏腑,导致多种妇科病证,故灵活运用黄芪建中汤治疗妇科诸症,如妇人腹痛带下病,月经不调及不孕症,产后腹痛、身痛、缺乳等疗效显著。李维芬老师认为在辨证时应抓住虚证的辨证要点,凡有面色无华、倦怠乏力、舌质淡嫩、脉象细涩或无力等征象均可以黄芪建中汤加减,建立中州,温运脾土,使气血生化有源,治疗妇科多种虚损病证多能收事半功倍之效,值得学习。

Huangqi jianzhong tang is one of the classical formulas of Zhang Zhongjing,the ancient medical master,for the deficiency and exhaustion syndrome. Prof. Li Weifen thought that the female is nour-ished by blood and has more qi and more blood. The spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation of the body and the sources for the manufacture of nutrient qi,defensive qi,qi and blood. Hence,the deficiency and cold in the middle jiao,and weaKness in transformation and transportation may lead to deficiency of yin,yang, qi and blood with many organs involved. As a result,various gynecological diseases happen. Huangqi jianzhong tang are used flexibly for various gynecological diseases,such as abdominal pain,abnormal vaginal discharge,irregular menstruation,infertility,postpartum abdominal pain,general pain and hypogalactia,etc. The significant efficacy has been achieved. Prof. Li viewed that the deficiency syndrome was the Key in differ-entiation. Whenever the symptoms such as pale complexion,lassitude,pale and delicate tongue,thready and hesitant or forceless pulse occurred,the modified huangqi jianzhong tang was applied to warm and strengthen the spleen and stomach so that the source of qi and blood manufacture could be consolidated. This therapeutic method has achieved the significant efficacy and deserves to be promoted.
