Treatment of Intractable Headache Differentiated as Liver Blood Deficiency

目的总结周慎从肝血虚论治顽固性头痛经验。方法分别从生理病理、病因病机、治则组方上来探讨周慎从肝血虚论治顽固性头痛的重要性,总结其在养血柔肝的同时,根据诱因,兼以疏风、息风、健脾、化瘀、化湿等治法。结果在养血柔肝的基础上,审因论治,灵活变通,以补肝汤为主,灵活化裁,疗效显著。结论肝血虚是顽固性头痛的重要病机,养血柔肝是其重要治法,周慎从肝血虚论治顽固性头痛临床疗效显著,经验值得推广。

Objective To summarize Zhou Shen＇s experiences in treatment of intractable headache differentiated as liver blood deficiency. Methods The importance of the theory of liver blood deficiency was discussed in treatment of intractable headache in light of physiology,pathology,etiology,pathogenesis,treating principle and prescription. Besides the treating principle as nourishing blood and softening liver,according the inducing factors,the accessory methods were applied as expelling wind,eliminating wind,strengthening spleen,resolving stasis and dampness,etc. Results On the basic treating principle as nourishing blood and softening liver,bugan tang was used flexibly and accordingly and the efficacy was significant. Conclusion Liver blood deficiency is the essential pathogenesis of intractable headache. Nourishing blood and softening liver is the important therapeutic method. Zhou Shen had achieved the significant efficacy on intractable head-ache in clinical practice in terms of liver blood deficiency theory and the experiences deserve to be promoted.
