基于关联规则和复杂系统熵聚类的跟痛症熏洗用药规律研究

Study on Medication Rule in Washing Prescriptions Treating Painful Heel

通过中国知网、重庆维普、万方数据库、CBM中收集自建库以来至2015年治疗跟痛症的中药处方,采用关联规则算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、药物之间的关联规则、核心药物组合和新处方。采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析跟痛症中药熏洗处方的用药规律。对筛选出的261个中药处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次,药物之间的关联规则,挖掘出46个核心组合和13首新处方。中药熏洗治疗跟痛症常用的熏洗药物以祛风湿药、活血化瘀药、行气药药为主,治法主要包括祛风除湿、温经通络、行气活血和舒筋止痛。研究结果对治疗跟痛症的熏洗用药组方规律具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

To analyze the medication rule in herbal fumigation and washing prescriptions treating painful heel by using Chinese medicine inheritance support system（ TCMISS）. Herbal fumigation and washing prescriptions for painful heel were searched from CNKI,VIP database, Wanfang database, and CBM database from their establishment date to year 2015. We used various data mining methods, including revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster, to explore the medication rule. Based on the analysis of 261 herbal prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules a- mong the herbs were computed, among which 46 core combinations and 13 potential prescriptions were dis- covered. Wind - dispelling and dampness - draining herbs, blood - activating and stasis - dissolving herbs, qi -promoting herbs are most commonly used. The principles of treatment for painful heel include dispelling wind and eliminating dampness ,warming and activating meridian, promoting qi and activating blood circula- tion, dredging the channels and alleviating pain.
