疏风解毒胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Shufengxiedu Capsule in Treating Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察疏风解毒胶囊治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法将住院的90例AECOPD患者按入院时间随机纳入对照组与治疗组,对照组予抗感染、扩张气道、抗炎常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疏风解毒胶囊。疗程10d。观察两组治疗10 d后的治疗效果、治疗前后患者血气PaO2、PaCO2指标变化,以及CRP指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组动脉血气PaO2及PCO2改善率明显,治疗组CRP降低率明显高于对照组。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合抗感染等常规治疗能提高AECOPD的临床治疗效果,改善肺功能,降低患者CRP水平。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shufengxiedu Capsule in treating a- cute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ AECOPD ）. Methods 90 in - patients were randomized into treatment group and control group. Control group received anti - infection, airway dilation, and anti - inflammation treatment ; treatment group were given extra oral administration of Shufengxiedu Cap- sule. After treatment period of 10 days, PaO2, PaCO2, and CRP index were measured before and after treat- ment. Results The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group： artery blood gas PaO2 and PaCO2 improved greatly. CRP of the treatment group dropped more significantly than that in the control group. Conclusion Shufengxiedu Capsule in combination of regular anti - inflammation treat- ment can enhance the clinical efficacy of AECOPD, improve functionality of the lung, and reduce CRP level.
