高寒地区冠心病辨证治疗前后QTcd、JTcd及CRP的变化

Changes in QTcd,JTcd and CRP before and after the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Syndrome Differentiation in the Alpine Region

目的观察高寒地区虚实2型冠心病(CHD)患者中医辨证治疗前后QT离散度(QTd)和JT离散度(JTd)与C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的变化及其相关关系。方法比较134例高寒地区冠心病(CHD)患者中偏实型组69例与偏虚型组65例QTd、JTd和校正QTd(QTcd)和校正JTd(JTcd)及CRP的变化并分析其相关关系。结果偏实型组与偏虚型组在治疗前及治疗后QTd、QTcd、JTd、JTcd比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗前后C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);QTcd、JTcd与CRP在治疗的变化中存在正相关关系(r分别为0.64、0.57,P<0.01)。结论中医辨证论治高寒地区冠心病(CHD)偏实型与偏虚型患者,治疗前后QTcd、JTcd及CRP有显著的改善,在临床中医诊断和治疗上有一定的指导意义。

Objective To observe QT dispersion （QTD）, JTD and C -reactive protein （CRP）as well as their correlation before and after the treatment of type 2 coronary heart disease（CHD） based on TCM syndrome differentiation in the alpine region. Methods The changes in QTd, JTd, corrected QTd （ QTcd）, corrected JTd （JTcd）and C RP were compared among 134 cases of CHD （69 cases of excess type ,65 cases of deficiency type）and the correlation of them was analyzed. Results The differences in QTd, QTcd, JTd and JTcd were significant before and after treatment between the excess type group and the deficiency type group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The difference in CRP was significant before and after treatment in the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ）. The correlation was positive in comparison of QTcd and JTcd with CRP（ r = 0.64,0.57 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclu- sion Based on TCM syndrome differentiation of CHD for excess type and deficiency type, QTcd, JTcd and CRP are improved significantly before and after treatment, which provides the guideline for the clinical diag- nosis and treatment in TCM.
