妊娠相关性暴发性1型糖尿病10例临床特点分析 被引量:3

摘要 暴发性1型糖尿病(fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus,FT1DM)是由日本学者Imagawa等首先提出的1型糖尿病的新亚型[1]。有报道称黄种人的发病率高于白种人,而日本人的发病率最高[2]。FT1DM的特征是短时间内(1周内)胰岛细胞出现了不可逆转的破坏,进展极快,病情急危重,预后凶险。该病可发生于妊娠期或刚分娩后,
