急诊心肺转流成功救治妇科腔镜术中大出血一例 被引量：1

摘要 病例患者,女,38岁,因＂子宫肌瘤,神经纤维瘤＂入住青岛市妇女儿童医院,欲行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术。置镜检查过程中突然出现盆腔底部大量出血,紧急转开腹探查,因出血凶猛,具体出血点难以辨别,只得纱布垫压迫止血。期间立即开放静脉通路维持合适血压,安装自体血液回收机,将患者腹腔失血快速回输到体内,并联系普外科、血管外科、心外科等科室专家会诊,
