摘要
[目的]测定柿子叶不同提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。[方法]以多巴为底物,利用酪氨酸酶与多巴反应生成红色多巴醌的原理,用酶标仪检测柿子叶不同提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制作用。[结果]柿子叶的乙醚萃取物对酪氨酸酶有最大抑制,最大抑制率为43.5%,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.591 mg/ml。[结论]柿子叶的乙醚提取物对酪氨酸酶具有较强的抑制作用,具有一定的美白功效。
[Objective] The inhibition of persimmon leaves extract on tyrosinase was determined. [Method]The effect of extract on the activity of tyrosinase was investigated using L-DOPA. [Result]The inhibition of the separation of the ether parts relative to other components on tyrosinase was the highest,and the maximum inhibition rate was 43. 5%,IC50 was 0. 591 mg / ml. [Conclusion]The ether extract of persimmon leaves extract had the strong inhibition on tyrosinase and played a role in whitening effect.
