摘要
[目的]为控制畜禽粪便对环境的污染,筛选出北方气候条件下适宜牛粪好氧堆肥的微生物菌剂。[方法]通过添加4种不同微生物菌剂对牛粪进行好氧堆肥,研究在检测堆肥过程中堆体的理化性质以及营养元素的动态变化,比较不同微生物菌剂在堆肥过程中的变化特征。[结果]菌剂M2在牛粪好氧堆肥中效果最佳。[结论]菌剂M2在养殖场推广应用中的前景更广阔。
[Objective] In order to control environment pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure,microbial inculum suitable for cow manure composting under the northern climatic condition was screened out. [Method] Through the study adding 4 kinds of different microbial inoculums of cow dung for aerobic composting,physicochemical properties and nutrition element dynamic changes of composting testing pile body were studied,and variation characteristics of different microbial inoculums in composting process were compared. [Result]Microbial inoculums M2 in cow manure composting is the best. [Conclusion] Microbial inoculums M2 has broader popularization and application prospects.
