28个绵阳地区主栽油菜品种抗根肿病鉴定及聚类分析

Identification and Cluster Analysis to 28 Main Rape Varieties in Mianyang

对绵阳当前主栽的28个油菜品种进行了抗根肿病鉴定及聚类分析。结果表明,不同抗性程度品种的病叶率及病情指数方差分析均呈现显著性差异,且反应型、病叶率及病情指数三者呈正相关。聚类分析将28个品种分为3类,其中,宜油24(德润油)、得油16、亚华油10号、德油杂5号、高产黄油菜为中度抗性品种;川油21、宜油16、中油杂7号、乐油6号、丰油737、德盛油15、油满缸、德优2000、南油9号、南油杂1号、种都油998为中度感病品种;常油杂61、德新油、黔油15、宁杂11号、科乐油1号、乐油858、路油杂1号、中杂油8号、德新油19、德新油、xy12(组合)、德优9号为高度感病品种。

The identification and cluster analysis was conducted on 28 main rape varieties in Mianyang. The results show that the leaf disease rate and disease index in different resistance varieties are significantly different,and the response type,the leaf rate and the disease index of the three are positive correlation. Systematic clustering to all varieties,28 varieties can be divided into 3 groups,which should be Yiyou 24（ Derunyou）,Deyou 16,Yahuayou 10,Deyou 5,high-yield yellow rape for moderate resistant varieties; Chuanyou 21,Yiyou 16,Zhongyou 7,Leyou 6,Fengyou 737,Deyou 15,Youmangang,Deyou 2000,Nanyou 9,Nanyouza 1,Zhongduyou 998 for moderate sensitive varieties; Changyouza 61,Dexinyou,Qianyou 15,Ningza 11,Keleyou 1,Leyou 858,Luyouza 1,Zhongzayou 8,Dexinyou19,Dexinyou,xy12（ combination）,Deyou 9 of highly sensitive varieties.
