摘要 [目的]建立一种高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用法同时检测土壤中多种农药残留的方法。[方法]样品经调节含水量后使用乙腈振荡提取、盐析离心分层并取上清液经吸附剂净化,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定,内标法定量。[结果]方法的线性范围为10-500μg/L,检出限为0.2-1.7μg/kg,加标回收率为76.05%-114.87%。[结论]该方法简单、快速,可实现对土壤中多种农药残留的同时测定。 [Objective]To develop a rapid and accurate method based on high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( LC-MS/MS) for the determination of 20 kinds of pesticides in soil. [Method]Samples were extracted with acetonitrile and separated by centrifuging after regulating the water content,then,the supernatant was collected and purified by absorbent,finally,the purified sample was quantified by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry( LC-MS / MS) with internal standard method. [Result]The limits of detection( S / N = 3) of the developed method for 20 kinds of pesticides were 0. 2- 1. 7 μg / kg,the dynamic linear range were 10-500 μg / L,and the recoveries were 76. 05%- 114. 87%,respectively. [Conclusion]The method is simple,fast,and easy to realize the determination of 20 kinds of pesticides in soil.
