摘要 基于上轮农用地分等成果,采用面积权重法、空间聚类和局部自相关分析等方法,从分等因素指标值获取、系数等值区划分、质量异常图斑检查3个方面对新一轮耕地质量评价进行研究。以武汉市汉南区为例,基于上轮分等成果进行新一轮耕地质量评价。结果表明:1依据分等因素时间变异程度,采用不同的方法可科学高效地获取新一轮耕地分等因素指标值。2结合系数和空间位置的等值区聚类结果连片性更好,更符合实际情况。3运用局部Moran’s I自相关指数可有效的探测出质量异常图斑。该研究对进行新一轮耕地质量评价,实现耕地数质一体化管理具有重要意义。 Based on the last round of farmland grading results,using area weighted method,spatial clustering and local autocorrelation,this paper research a new round of cultivated land quality evaluation from the aspects of grading factors index,coefficient of equivalent area and quality abnormal parcels check. Taking the Hannan District in Wuhan City as an example,a new round of cultivated land quality evaluation is researched based on the last round of grading results. The results show that:① according to the time variation degree of grading factors,using different methods can get a new round of factor index for farmland grading scientifically and effectively. ② the clustering results of equivalent area combined with the coefficient and the space position is better connected and more realistic. ③using the local Moran's I autocorrelation index can effectively detect the quality abnormal parcels. This research has a great significance for studying the new round of cultivated land quality evaluation,and implementing the integration management of cultivated land quality integration management.
