摘要
为研究硬质合金顶锤在线检测功能,使用万能压力实验机对已开裂的硬质合金顶锤进行重复压力实验,并同时使用声发射检测仪检测。通过对实验数据的分析变换,获得了已开裂顶锤声发射信号基本特征。结果表明:硬质合金顶锤材料符合费利西蒂、反凯赛尔效应,其在工作过程产生的开裂信号能够被声发射检测仪发现并检测,声发射在线检测具有可行性。
Repeated press tests on cracked carbide anvil were made using universal presser and detected by acoustic emission detector simultaneously.Acoustic emission signal characteristics of cracked carbide anvil were obtained after analysis and transformation of experiment data.Results showed that the material of carbide anvil conformed to Felicity effect,an anti-Kayser effect.It was also showed that cracking signal produced during diamond synthesis could be discovered and detected.In conclusion,the feasibility of acoustic emission online detection was confirmed.
