金刚石锯片的焊缝检测方法研究

摘要 采用无损探伤中的X射线检测和涡流检测这两种方法来检测金刚石锯片刀头与基体之间的焊缝,然后采用金刚石锯片焊缝缺陷检测系统对焊缝缺陷的位置和大小进行采集、存储和分析,以此来评定两种检测方法的优劣。根据检测出的焊缝缺陷的位置和形式,评定金刚石锯片焊接的质量和使用性能。实验结果可为金刚石锯片焊接工艺和生产提供有力的技术支持。通过X射线检测实验发现:金刚石锯片刀头与基体间的焊缝的缺陷形式主要有裂纹,未焊透等。通过涡流检测实验发现:焊缝缺陷尺寸大小与电压值总体呈线性正比关系,涡流检测的灵敏度高,结果可靠。 X-ray testing and eddy current testing were used to detect the seam between diamond blades and matrix of cutting tools.Then using a set of diamond saw blades weld defect detection system,weld defect location and size were acquired,stored and analyzed in order to assess the merits of the two kinds of detection methods.In the final,the location and form of the flaw by detection could be used to evaluate weld quality and performance of the diamond saw blades.The experiment results could provide a strong support for process and production of diamond saw blades.Through X-ray testing,it was found that the main flaws in weld zone between diamond saw blades and matrix of the cutting tools were crack,incomplete fusion,lack of fusion and pore.Through eddy current testing,it was known that the relationship between the defect size and voltage amplitude was linear,the detection sensitivity of which was high with reliable results.
