摘要
设计了一款多路输出的DC/DC变换器,详细介绍了变换器的EMI设计、工作原理设计、结构设计、热设计等。最后进行了电路仿真和试验验证。该变换器的总功率大于112 W,重量小于300 g,纹波小于50 mV,效率大于84%,满足了电源对重量和可靠性的要求,为以后类似的电源研究提供了参考。
This article introduced a DC/DC convertor, particularly about the design of EMI, theoretics account, configuration,caloric and the choosing of the components. The convertor' s total power is more than 112 W, the weight is less than 300 g, the ripple wave is less than 50 mV, the efficiency is more than 84%. All of this can satisfy the electrical source ' s request and it can be a reference in future' s research.
