自拟清热排毒汤对小儿急性扁桃体炎治疗作用的观察

The Observation of Qingre-Paidutang Treatment of Children with Acute Tonsillitis

目的观察自拟清热排毒汤治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法将124例风热型的急性扁桃体炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各62例,对照组采用常规抗感染、退热等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用清热排毒汤口服,疗程为3 d,观察两组患儿在治疗前后的中医症候积分,并对两组疗效进行比较分析。结果治疗组的中医症候积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中总有效率96.8%,优于对照组总有效率87.1%(P<0.05)。结论自拟清热排毒汤对小儿急性扁桃体炎疗效良好。

Objective To observe the effect of Qingre-Paidutang to treatment children＇s acute tonsillitis. Methods The 124 cases of children with acute tonsillitis wind-heat type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 62 cases. Control group were treated with conventional anti-infection, fever and other treatment, and the treatment group with Qingre-Paidutang, as well as the conventional treatment. The therapeutic period last for three days, and children were evaluated with symptom scores and total effective rate. Results The treatment group symptom scores were better than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was 96.8%,also better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingre-Paidutang is good for treating children＇s acute tonsillitis.
