先天性上睑下垂患儿术后护理干预对治疗依从性的影响

The Effect of Congenital Ptosis in Children after Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance

目的分析先天性上睑下垂的儿童病患术后,经过护理干预产生的治疗依从性效果。方法将我院收治的先天性上睑下垂患儿通过分组,形成对照组和观察组各84例,观察组在对照组的常规护理基础上进行特殊的护理干预,而后比较两组患儿在治疗依从性上的效果,以及依从性与治疗效果的关系。结果观察组经过特殊护理干预后治疗的依从性和疗效均高于对照组,同时证明了治疗依从性与疗效是正向关系。结论护理干预对于先天上睑下垂术后患儿的治疗效果有显著的效果,减少了患儿的术后并发症,治疗,值得广泛推广。

Objective Analysis of congenital ptosis patients, treatment compliance produced by nursing intervention after. Methods 168 cases of congenital ptosis, control group and observation group with 84 cases in each group, formed by grouping, nursing care and observation group were based on the nursing intervention, the effect of two groups were compared after treatment compliance, and compliance with the therapeutic effect. Results The compliance and therapeutic effect of special nursing intervention group after treatment were higher than the control group, and proved the effect and treatment compliance is a positive relationship. Conclusion Nursing intervention had significant effect on the therapeutic effect in children with congenital ptosis in children, treatment reduces postoperative complications, worthy of extensive promotion.
