摘要
肿瘤的发生是基因和环境共同作用的结果。微小RNA（micro RNA）与多种肿瘤的发生有着密不可分的关系。它是一类进化保守、长度为19～25 nt的短序列非编码单链小RNA分子,它的发展揭示了一种新的基因表达调控方式。micro RNA对胃癌的发生、发展起着重要的调节作用,将作为一个潜在的肿瘤标志物用于胃癌的诊断、预后和化疗的指导。
Tumor is caused by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors. MicroRNA are essential in the initiation of various cancers. MicroRNA constitute an evolutionarily conserved class of small non-coding single strand RNAs which have only 19-25 nucleotides. MicroRNA plays an important role in pathogenesis of gastric cancer, which is as biomarkers for direction to the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer, chemotherapy.
