牵引结合中药汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Traction Combined with Decoction of Herbal Medicine for Treating Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc clinical oberservation

目的:观察牵引组和牵引结合中药汤剂组的临床疗效。方法:将牵引加口服中药汤剂65例作为治疗组,并与单纯牵引组63例为对照组进行疗效对比。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牵引结合中药汤剂是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法,为中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供了临床参考。

Objective：Observe the clinical effect of the traction group and the one of traction combined with decoction of herbal medi- cine. Method：Comparatively observe the curative effects of the teatment group uesd traction simultaneously oral administrated decoction and the control group with only traction. Result：The treatment gToup is much better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion：It is an ef-fective way to treat the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with traction simultaneously oral administrated decoction.
