中药治疗急性白血病肛周感染的护理体会

目的:探讨痔瘘熏洗剂加黄芩油膏防治肛周感染的效果。方法:将85例急性白血病患者化疗后,23例出现肛周感染,分别予痔瘘熏洗剂熏洗后、黄芩油膏外涂。结果:按肛周感染程度的轻、中、重,其治愈时间分别为5天、12天、26天,治愈率为100%。结论:中药痔瘘熏洗剂加黄芩油膏防治肛周感染,经济实惠,疗效显著。

Objective： to study the ZhiLou smoked lotion and the effect of the oil of radix scutellariae prevention crissum infection. Methods： 85 cases of patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy, 23 cases of crissum infection patients, respectively to ZhiLou fume ＇after lotion fumigation, besmear outside oil of radix seutellariae. Results ： according to erissum infection degree of light, medium and heav- y, its cure time is 5 days, 12 days respectively, 26 days, cure rate is 100%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine ZhiLou smoked lotion with oil of radix scutellariae prevention crissum infection, economical and practical, curative effect is distinct.
