胆石症术中中西医结合护理和心理护理104例总结

目的:针对胆石症患者手术中的护理方法做出分析和探讨。方法:选取2008年4月-2014年6月来我院就诊的胆石症患者104例,详细针对患者的临床治疗方式及具体护理资料进行回顾和总结。将所有患者随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各52人,对两组患者的护理效果做出比较分析。结果:在经过了术中中西医结合护理和心理护理之后,实验组的手术期间配合和基本配合率明显要高于对照组,同时护理满意度也比对照组高。结论:对于胆石症的术中护理来讲,有效实施术中护理,能够帮助患者获得心理上的安慰,为手术的顺利进行创造条件。

objective： make analysis and discussion according to the cholelith disease surgery in patients with the nursing method. Methods： selecte 104 patients with gallstone disease from the patients in April 2008 - Jane 2014 in our hospital,and make a review and summary based on the clinical treatment of patients and the concrete nursing information in detail. All of the patients were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group and the control group, respectively, 52 people in each group, and then, make comparative analysis with the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results： after the intraoperative nursing, the rate of the cooperate and the basic cooperate of ex- perimental group was obviously higher than the control group during the operation , while nursing satisfaction is also higher than the control group. Conclusion： for the intraoperative care of cholelith disease, effective implenientation of intraoperative care can help effectively pa- tients obtain psychological comfort, and make them confident at the time of surgery to create conditions for the smooth operation.
