陕西公共体育服务均等化程度的研究

Research on Relative Process in Shaanxi Public Sports Service Equalization

通过运用"保障水平与平均水平之间的比值"来研究地区均等化的相对进程,从公共服务"投入—产出—受益"3个维度对陕西公共体育服务均等化相对进程进行分析。结果表明,陕西公共体育服务总体保障水平、产出供给水平、受益保障水平呈现逐年增长趋势,增长比较明显。陕西公共体育总体保障水平、投入水平、产出水平、受益水平呈现区域阶梯分布特征,关中地区明显高于陕北、陕南地区。陕西公共体育服务总体保障水平、产出水平的不均等化程度在逐年加深,投入水平、受益保障水平均等化相对进程呈现先降后升的趋势。

The article, through the ratio of the security and average, depicts the relative process of region equalization. It an- alyzes relative process of Shaanxi public sports service equalization from such three dimensions as ＂Input - Output - Benefit＂ in public service. The research shows that overall Shaanxi public sports security level, output supply level and income securi- ty level tend to increase annually with the improvement being significant. The characteristics of ladder distribution is found in overall Shaanxi public sports security level, input level, output level and benefit level, which is described as that the index in Guan zhong area is significantly higher than that of northern and southern Shaanxi. But the inequality of the overall Shaanxi public sports security level, output level is deepening year by year, and the equalization development of input level and benefit the security level decreased firstly, then it increase with time passing by.
