摘要
目的对一次长时间使用鼠标肌肉出现疲劳情况进行分析,目的在于发现和探讨长时间使用鼠标可能引起手部疲劳的状况与影响因素,为合理使用鼠标、预防疾病提供参考。方法采用实验法以10名普通大学生(男女各5名)为实验对象,在连续160min使用鼠标前后和期间,对其握力、桡动脉收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)和前臂群肌表面肌电(sEMG)进行测量。结果实验前后持鼠标手握力显著下降(P〈0.01);整个实验过程中桡动脉PSV显著减小(P〈0.01),前臂肌群的中位频率(MF)和平均功率频率(MPF)值总体呈现减小趋势,前臂前群肌的MF和MPF在100—120min到达最小值。结论一次长时间(160min)连续使用鼠标会造成屈指肌群出现较大程度疲劳;前臂血流量的减少是造成前臂肌群产生疲劳积累的重要因素之一;前臂前群肌肉的疲劳程度大于前臂后群肌肉的疲劳程度;前臂前群肌肉在100~120min出现最大疲劳。
Objective The aim of this study was to discover and discuss that hand fatigue in one - time using computer mouse for a long time, so as to make some suggestions for using mouse reasonably and disease prevention. Methods Ten college students (five men and five women) were tested to clicking mouse continuously for 160 minutes. The grip strength, radial artery peak systolic velocity (PSV) and surface electromyography (sEMG) of forearm muscles were measured. Results The grip strength of holding mouse hand showed significant reduction (P 〈 0. 01 ) before and after experiment. Radial artery PSV showed significant decrease in period of test. There were overall decrease trend of median frequency (MF) and mean power Frequency (MPF) of forearm muscles in experiment. The minimum value of MF and MPF of forearm front muscles appeared in 100 minutes to 120 minutes during 160 minutes test. Conclusions One -time using mouse continuously for a long time should make a greater degree fatigue to finger flexor group. It was one of the important factors leading to forearm muscles fa- tigue accumulation since its blood flow volume decrease. The fatigue of forearm front muscles was larger then forearm rear muscles'. The maximum fatigue of forearm front muscles appeared in 100 minutes to 120 minutes in experiment.
