摘要
目的探讨后埃博拉时期诊疗中心的护理管理。方法分析后埃博拉时期利比里亚中国埃博拉诊疗中心护理管理工作中存在的主要问题,从实际出发,建立健全组织架构,制订并完善工作流程,合理配置人力资源,严格防护督导、终末消毒、人员培训、物资移交等。结果为利比里亚诊疗中心接管人员和社区骨干进行了有效的专业培训;医护人员实现"零感染"目标;终末消毒未出现人员中毒及化学损伤;物资设备移交工作清点到位等。结论建立、健全病区工作制度,严格防护督导、终末消毒、人员培训、物资移交等,是圆满完成后埃博拉时期护理管理工作任务的关键。
Objective To explore the nursing management methods in post Ebola period. Methods The main nursing management problems existing in Liberia China Ebola hemorrhagic fever diagnosis and treatment center, from a practical point of view, establish and improve organizational structure, establish and perfect the procedure, rationally allocate human resources, make strict protection supervision, terminal disinfection, personnel training, information trans- fer, etc. Results Effective professional training was clone for personnel andeommunity backbone of Liberia diagnosis and treatment center. Zero infection rate was achieved among medical staffs, personnel poisoning and chemical injury did not appear during terminal disinfection, materials and equipment handover was counted in place. Conclusion Establishment and perfeetionof work system, strict protection supervision, terminal disinfection, personnel training, materials transfer are the key points to successful nursing management tasks in post Ebola period.
