摘要 目的了解儿科护士的工作满意度状况,为提高工作满意度提供理论依据。方法采用工作满意度量和护士职业倦怠量表对200名在职儿科护士进行调查与分析。结果儿科护士工作满意度总分为(2.88±0.58)分,呈不满意水平。儿科护士情感耗竭和去人格化呈高度倦怠,个人成就感呈中度倦怠。儿科护士工作满意度的影响因素主要为工作年限、编制情况、情感耗竭程度。结论职业倦怠及对工作的满意程度作为影响行业稳定性和护理质量提高的重要因素,应引起管理者的重视。护士是医院的资产,唯有提高护士工作满意度,减少职业倦怠感,才能促进积极的工作状态,减少护士流失。 Objective To understand the status of job satisfaction of pediatric nurses, and to provide theoretical basis for improving job satisfaction of nurses. Methods Totally,200 pediatric nurses were surveyed using Maslach Burnout Inventory and Mueller/McCloskey scale. Results The score of job satisfaction of padiatric nurses was (2.88± 0.58), which was at an unsatisfied level. Pediatric nurses'emotional exhaustion and personification both showed high burnout, personal sense of invalid was of moderate burnout. The influencing factors of job satisfaction were degree of emotional exhaustion, working years and staffing level. Conclusion Jobbumout and job satisfaction level as the important factors influencing nurse stability and nursing quality,should cause attention of managers. The nurses are the assets of the hospital, only by improving nurses'job satisfaction, reducing job burnout,can promote positive work state and reduce thedrain of nurses.
