医院病房搬迁的控制管理

Control management of hospital ward relocation

目的对医院病房搬迁整体过程进行控制管理,以保障病房搬迁工作的顺利和安全。方法运用控制管理方法,成立了搬迁领导组、医疗专家团队、病房6S管理组、搬迁组以及安全保障组等工作组,充分做好搬迁前物质、设备的安全准备工作,制订搬迁方案;搬迁过程中做好各方面的安全保障;搬迁后风险再评估并及时整改存在的隐患,收集反馈意见。结果两次搬迁患者1 195例,其中危重症患者52例,未发生一例不良事件和财产的损失,达到了预期效果。结论医院病房搬迁的控制管理很好的保障了患者安全和搬迁各环节的安全。

Objective To control the whole process of the hospital wards relocation and to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the wards relocation. Method The control and management method was applied. The relocation of the leadership group,health care information security group and logistical relocation team working group was established, did a good job of relocation of material and equipment safety preparations, formulated the relocation program;did a good job in all aspects of security;after the relocation of the risk assessment and timely rectification of hidden dangers, feedback have been collected. Results A total of 1 195 patients have been relocated,including 52 patients with severe disease, without the occurrence of adverse events and property damage. This relocation a- chieved the desired effect. Conclusion The control management of hospital ward relocation is very good to ensure the safety of patients and all links.
