摘要
In the midst of analyzing the tuning method of conventional proprtional integral differential (PID) control parameter, operation steps of some control algorithms are given. Three methods under consideration are: expanded critical proportion band method, expanded response curved line method and pattern recognition approach. With the help of microcomputers, the simulation experiment on typical objects is made. Through changing the parameter of the controlled object, the adaptive capability of tuning the controller parameter with the three methods mentioned above is studied , respectively. Rules applied to determine controller tuning parameters by pattern recognition approach are proposed. The method used to distinguish system characteristic parameters is given. Experiment results show that the pattern recognition approach has the merits of convenient adjusting, strong adaptive capability, and wide ranging application and its controlling effect is better.
