微移植治疗老年急性髓系白血病的临床效果及对生活质量的影响评估

Analysis of clinical effect and quality of life of microtransplantation in the treatment of elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia

目的观察分析微移植治疗老年急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)的临床效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年6月至2012年6月本院进行微移植治疗的40例老年AML患者为研究对象,观察治疗效果,并采用问卷调查方式评估治疗前后患者的生活质量。结果治疗后,40例患者完全缓解10例(26.3%),部分缓解24例(63.2%),未缓解4例(10.5%),总有效率为89.5%。对38例患者随访2年,患者2年无病生存18例(47.4%)。治疗后,患者生理状况、心理状况、社会关系、环境状况及总体感觉评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论微移植方案对于初治老年AML患者具有较高的缓解率,且不良反应较轻,是目前治疗老年AML新的有效方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of microtransplantation as therapy for acute myeloid leukemia（AML） in elderly patients. Method Selected 40 patients with AML treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012, they were treated with microtransplantation. The therapeutic effectiveness was observed, and the quality of life of all patients were evaluated by questionnaire. Result The complete remission rate was 26.3%, the part remission rate was 63.1%, the total effective rate was 89.5%, the 2-year disease free survival rate was 47.3%. After the treatment, physiology, psychology, social relations, environmental conditions and the overall feeling score of patients were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. There was no serious adverse reaction occurred in patients. Conclusion Microtransplantation has a significantly higher complete remission rate and fewer side effects in the treatment of elderly patients with AML, it is a effective therapeutic regimen.
