封闭式负压引流治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of VSD in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infective wound

目的分析封闭式负压引流(vaccum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗骨科创伤及感染创面的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月至2014年5月本院收治的骨科创伤及感染创面患者106例为研究对象,根据患者意愿分为对照组与观察组。两组患者均接受传统清创术,对照组患者术后接受常规治疗,观察组患者术后接受VSD治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果对照组患者治疗总有效率为78.4%(40/51),平均创面愈合时间为(23.6±4.1)天;观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.5%(52/55),平均创面愈合时间为(16.0±3.8)天;两组比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 VSD治疗骨科创伤及感染创面疗效确切,显著缩短创面愈合时间,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the vaccum sealing drainage（VSD） for the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infective wound. Method From May 2012 to May 2014, 106 patients with orthopedic trauma and infective wound in our hospital were selected and according to the willing were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Two groups were treated with conventional debridement, control group received conventional treatment, observation group received VSD treatment. Clinical effects and wound healing time of the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate of control group was 78.4%（40/51）, wound healing time was（23.6±4.1） days; the total effective rate of observation group was 94.5%（52/55）, wound healing time was（16.0±3.8） days; the differences were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion VSD in the treatment of orthopedic trauma and infective wound has obvious curative effect, significantly shorten wound healing time, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
