摘要癌痛是一个严重的健康问题,给个人和家庭带来了沉重的负担。癌性神经病理性疼痛（neuropathic cancer pain,NCP）是癌痛中最为复杂的一种。过去二十多年,临床医生努力使癌性神经病理性疼痛治疗标准化。阿片类药物是癌性神经病理性疼痛治疗的基石,一大群新的辅助镇痛药物广泛地用于疼痛的治疗。
