关于职业教育人才培养模式综合改革的思考

Reflection and Exploration on the Comprehensive Reform of Vocational Talent Cultivation Mode

本文从北京财贸职业学院开展职业人才培养模式综合改革的实际情况出发,对现有的六种培养模式的特点和试验专业进行了全面梳理,针对人才培养过程中容易出现的问题,提出了抓住共性,有所侧重,保障质量的总体思路,认为应该在坚持职业人才培养的共同特征的基础上——包括"校企合作,工学结合"、突出实践教学和加强职业素养教育,针对每种改革模式在人才培养定位、衔接学校的类型和层次上的差异确定工作的重心,采取不同的策略来实施改革方案,以确保人才培养质量。

Based on the practical situation of the comprehensive reform of vocational talent cultivation mode,the author carries on the overall combs about the features of six cultivation mode and the test specialties. According to the easily appearing problems across the talent cultivation process,we proposed the general thinking of generality grasping,particular focus and quality guarantee. In order to guarantee the quality of talent cultivation,we must grasp the common features of vocational talent cultivation,which including School-Enterprise Cooperation,Combining Learning with Working,strengthen practical teaching and professional attainment. Meanwhile,we need to determine the particular working focus according to the differences of talent cultivation orientation and the types and levels of the cohesive schools and then taking special measures to implement reformation project.
