摘要 目的:通过检测正畸常用弓丝偶合后的电化学参数,对其电偶腐蚀性能进行综合评价,以探讨正畸常用合金的不同组合方式对合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。方法:采用经典三电极体系的电化学方法,在人工唾液中检测正畸常用不锈钢弓丝(SS)、镍钛丝(NiTi)、β-钛丝(β-Ti)及钴铬丝(CoCr)相互偶合后在人工唾液中的电偶电流密度,研究其电偶腐蚀行为。结果:在人工唾液中,不锈钢弓丝与其它3种弓丝偶合后产生的电偶电流密度大小顺序为SS+NiTi>SS+β-Ti>SS+CoCr,各组数据间均有显著性差异。结论:在人工唾液中,弓丝组成电偶对后均会发生电偶腐蚀,产生相应的电偶腐蚀电流。 Objective: After detecting the electrochemical parameter of orthodontic arch wires, to get the composite evaluation of the galvanic corrosion. So that we can find out the different types of the general alloy of orthodontic and the inflection to the alloy corrosion prevention. Method: Adopt the classic three-electrodes system of electrochemical method to detect the galvanic couple current density of stainless steel archwire, NiTi-archwire, β-Ti- archwire and CoCr-archwire, so that we can find out the the phenomenon of galvanic corrosion in artificial saliva. Result: In the artificial saliva, the se- quence of current density of three galvanic couples was SS+NiTi〉SS+β-Ti〉SS+CoCr. The statistic results of each group had significant difference (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: In artificial saliva, after the stainless steel archwire be combined with three kinds of arch wires. All of them will produce relative galvanic corrosion current.
