CEREC全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后牙体缺损的临床效果评价 被引量:24

Clinical effect evaluation of CEREC chair side all-ceramic onlays restoring posterior tooth detection after root canal therapy

摘要 目的:采用CEREC MCX系统制作全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后的后牙牙体缺损,观察其短期疗效。方法:选取26例根管治疗后的后牙,使用CEREC MCX系统,IPS e.max CAD材料,制作全瓷高嵌体,双固化树脂水门汀粘结。修复后3个月,采用改良USPHS标准对修复体各方面指标进行评价,并检查食物嵌塞情况。结果:84.6%的修复体各项检查标准都达到了USPHS标准A类。92.3%的修复体未出现食物嵌塞。CEREC全瓷高嵌体短期疗效确切。结论:使用CEREC MCX系统制作的IPS e.max CAD全瓷高嵌体可作为根管治疗后后牙牙体缺损的有效修复方案。 Objective: To restore posterior tooth detection after root canal therapy with all-ceramic onlays made by CEREC MCX system and evaluate short-term clinical qualities. Method: 26 posterior teeth after root canal therapy were selected. Onlays were designed and milled by using CEREC MCX system and IPS e.max CAD, and cemented with dual-curing luting composite. All restorations were recalled and assessed after 3 month under the modified USPHS criteria. Conditions of food impaction were examined. Result: 84.6 % of the restorations were up to the standard for class A and 92.3 % of the restorations did not have any food impaction. All-ceramic onlays have good clinical qualities in short-term observations. Conclusion: The IPS e.max CAD onlays fabricated with CEREC MCX chair side system is an effective way to restore posterior tooth detection after root canal therapy.
