摘要
NGO组织的生命力同样来自优秀的人力资源队伍,随着越来越多的人投入到公益事业活动中,NGO组织人力资源管理中出现的问题与挑战也越来越多。文章以南通江海志愿者服务站为例,从选拔优秀领导团队、有效管理志愿者、组织的半结构化等三个角度出发,剖析其在人力资源管理实践中的成功经验,最后对服务站人力资源管理实践中的不足提出建议。

At last it makes recommendations on service station lack of HRM practice.
