我国在校大学生创业现状及其激励措施探索——以广东省为例

Exploration of Current Situation and Incentive Methods of College Students' Entrepreneurship in China ——An Example of Guangdong Province

国家"双创"战略的实现,需要越来越多的创新创业群体,大学生是我国创新创业的主力军。本文以广东省在校大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查和重点访谈,了解他们的创业意愿及创业准备现状,综合分析目前我国在校大学生创业中存在的主要问题,最后探索性地提出树立正确的创业观念、改革完善高校创业教育体系、政府完善大学生创新创业激励政策的出台、宣传及"落地"体制、高校与社会各界合作举办大学生创新创业大赛、完善大学生创新创业项目"预孵化器"等五大激励措施,帮助提升大学生创业的成功率。

To achieve our national strategy of＂ mass entxepraneurship and innovation＂ needs more innovation and entrepreneurship groups, college students are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship. We make the college students in Gnangdong Province as the research object in this study, By the help of questionnaires and focus interviews, we try to f＇md the entrepreneurial willingness and the status quo of entrepreneurship of college students in order to make a comprehensive analysis of the main problems of entrepreneurship of college students in China. Finally we put forward some suggestions and solutions about improving incentive system of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students in China, which include establishing the correct entrepreneurial ideas by the help of perfect career planning, reforming and improving the enterprise education system, the government improving incentive introduction of the poficy, advocacy and ＂landing＂ system of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, effectively organizing college students innovation and entrepreneurship contest through cooperation with the community to improve the efficiency, improving the ＂Pre-incnbator＂ service for innovation and entrepreneurship specially for college students＇ project etc.
