协同护理模式在急诊科管道护理中的应用效果

Application effect of collaborative care model on canal nursing in department of emergency

目的观察协同护理模式（CCM）在急诊科管道护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年1~12月本院急诊科收治的240例带有管道患者,按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和试验组,各120例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上运用CCM进行干预。经护理干预后,比较两组患者非计划拔管率、对管道名称及使用注意事项知晓率、管道不良事件发生率、患者的满意度情况。结果经护理干预后,试验组的管道护理质量显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;其中患者的满意度增幅最大,由对照组的75%增至试验组的91.7%;其次为管道名称及使用注意事项知晓率,由80%增至90%;非计划拔管率由16.7%降至5%;管道不良事件发生率由15%降至8.3%。结论 CCM在急诊科管道护理中取得了良好的效果,不但提高了管道的护理质量,还体现了专业护士的自我价值,同时也提升了患者的满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the application effect of collaborative care model（CCM） on canal nursing in department of emergency. Methods 240 patients with tubes admitted to the department of emergency in our hospital from January to December in 2013 were selected.They were evenly divided into control group and experimental group based on the sequence of being hospitalized,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was provided conventional nursing,while in the experimental group,on the basis of the conventional nursing,CCM was applied for intervention.After intervention,rate of unplanned extubation,awareness rate of tube′ s name and precautions for use,incidence of canal adverse event and patient′s satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention,the pipeline nursing quality in experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Patient′ s satisfaction was increased most which was 75% in the control group and 91.7% in the experimental group.The second place was awareness rate of tube′ s name and precautions for use,which was increased from 80% to90%.Rate of unplanned extubation was decreased from 16.7% to 5% and the incidence of canal adverse event was decreased from 15% to 8.3%. Conclusion CCM obtains a great effect on canal nursing in department of emergency.It not only improves the quality of canal nursing,also reflects the professional nurse′s self-worth,and increases patient′s satisfaction as well,which is worthy of promotion in clinical.
