交通类高职院校校企合作办学长效机制创新研究

Study on Connotation of Long-Term Mechanism of College-Enterprise Cooperative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges of Communications

建立校企合作办学长效机制,是提升高职教育人才培养质量的必由之路。文章分析了高职院校校企合作办学长效机制的现状,从建立法律体系、优化专业设置、建设"双师型"教师队伍、建立共享型实训基地等方面,对交通类高职院校校企合作办学长效机制创新提出了对策。

Establishing the long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperative education is an important step to enhance the talent training of vocational education. The current situation of college-enterprise cooperative education is analyzed in the article. It puts forward the countermeasures of connotation of longterm mechanism of college-enterprise cooperative education in higher vocational colleges of communications from the following aspects： constructing legal system, optimization of specialties, construction of double-qualified teaching team, and establishing a shared practice base, and so on.
